Anand found his calling when he moved to India and left his job at Intel. He has over 43 years of riding experience and is the founder of India’s first motorcycle track day and riding school ( T.W.O), indiMotard adventures and Greasehouse Garage. He has extensive riding experience across USA, Europe, Australia, India & South East Asia. Anand is a Ducati Certified DRE instructor – Only one of two instructors in India.At two occasions at 2017 and 2019, his was the first Indian (Team) to Finish Baja 1000, Mexico and finished 17th and 7th respectively. In 2008 he came 4th overall in Raid–de-Himalaya (7 days, 2200Kms, 18000 feet) 2008. Raced semi-pro in the USA with multiple podium finishes (WSMC, California, CCS). Anand was OVERDRIVE/CNBC Jury Member for Bike of the Year Awards.

Ashok has over 25 years of experience in various engineering development and leadership roles. Most recently, he was COO of MIPS, driving the development of high-performance RISC-V CPU IP targeting Automotive ADAS and Industrial applications, as well as establishing the MIPS India organization. Prior to that, he was the General Manager at Analog Devices, where he led worldwide engineering and marketing teams to develop a large portfolio of DSP processors as well as mixed-signal audio connectivity products for automotive, consumer, healthcare, and industrial customers. He holds MS and PhD degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He enjoys music, reading, in-person conversations, and going for long drives.
